During my own personal healing journey, I learned that many different modalities were needed to achieve complete healing, and it literally took years to discover the services I needed and find the practitioners who could help me. I often had to travel great distances for treatment, which was very challenging when fighting sickness, fatigue, depression, and anxiety. This was a big driving force behind my desire to create a holistic centre with all these services & practitioners in one place.
Today, through a lot of personal research, and self-work, and receiving some of the therapies that we now offer, I am completely healthy, and I am loving life. I am grateful every day for the lessons and learning that led me to where I am today and I want to share with as many others as possible that true healing really is achievable. In addition to creating this collective, I have completed my own training & certification, and had the pleasure of helping many of our customers directly.
My hope is for everyone that comes into our centre to be able to regain control over their health and to be thriving in their life instead of just surviving.[/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section title=”Read more”][vc_column_text]I experienced a traumatic childhood and from an early age I frequently lived a state of high stress, in fight or flight mode. I woke most mornings not wanting to face the day, dragging myself through and using a lot of my energy to just survive. When I went into the workplace I already had cemented habits and frequently became ill on Sunday afternoons at the thought of the week ahead. These patterns continued on for many years.
In 2012 I struggled to conceive a child and undertook 2 cycles of IVF treatment before eventually being very fortunate and conceiving naturally in 2014. In 2016 following a traumatic event, I experienced a rapid decline in my health and I became very ill. In 2017 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, EBV and a number of other labels.
I saw GP’s, naturopaths, a neurologist the list goes on, some even interstate, spending thousands of dollars on tests and medication, often repeating some of the same tests every time I saw a new doctor or specialist, who advised on more medications but nothing helped. At one stage I was taking over 240 tablets a week that included 4 different types of anti-biotics, but I just got worse with a new range of symptoms from the side effects from so many medications!

I discovered that energy can stagnate in the body where physical or emotional trauma has occured, in time these energy blocks can manifest into mental and physical dis-ease which is what I was experiencing. I was drawn to Reiki as it is known to improve the flow of energy not only on a physical level but also on an emotional and spiritual level, I instantly felt connected with the energy modality and after my Level 1 + 2 trainings I continuously used it as a tool for my own personal healing through cancer, anxiety and PTSD and other emotional trauma.
When you book a Reiki treatment with me I channel this energy to assist your body, mind and spirit to come back into alignment and to increase energetic flow therefore enabling the powerful innate healing of self to be activated, which is what I personally experienced. I also used other modalities such as meditation and yoga to shift out of the sympathetic (fight or flight) nervous system, to reconnect with self and to become more relaxed, grounded and present. My journey began when I started questioning why things were the way they were and why people were sufferring from illess. I found more of my answers through natural healing practices and have always been passionate about helping people and this motivated me to complete my Bachelor’s degree as a Naturopath. Naturopathy is a powerful way to address physical, mental and spiritual imbalances in the body. It combines evidence-based research in herbal and nutritional medicine helping people to find and heal the underlying causes of their health issues.
I have also been drawn to the spiritual world from a young age as I have always found many of my answers there as well. Therefore, I completed courses in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, which was developed by Dolores Cannon (I highly recommend reading her books!) and a few other spirital healing techniques such as Reiki, Pellowah and Arbah.

From a young age, I always wanted to help people and not in a conventional sense. I have been a healer for over 7 years. I started with Access Bars then a year later I did my Reiki 1. After 12 months I did my Reiki 2. I did not rush to get my Masters. It was a long journey through life, personal healing, and growth before I felt worthy of becoming a Reiki Master. Becoming a Master in my book is a huge responsibility that I did not take lightly. As a Master, I am responsible for starting someone’s Reiki journey so I needed to be ready in every sense. Especially emotionally and spiritually as I need to lead by example. In the last few years I have become a Multidimensional Quantum Healer to help people on a deeper level. No healing is ever the same for any of my clients.
As I work intuitively, every one of my clients will always get what they need at that particular time in their lives. Many of my clients are children. I always say that I am here to heal the World. It is my Soul’s work. I am so privileged, humbled, blessed, and grateful that I am able to help people on different levels. My other gifts have been passed on from generation to generation. I have always had an interest in preventative health & wellness, having led a healthy & natural life, more so since becoming a mother of three children. I am certified in & have run regular group classes for Yoga, Pilates, and Nutrition; and assisted Diabetes WA. My passion for natural therapies grew after completing a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition & Health Promotion, ECU), and post graduate certificates in Population Health & Chronic Disease (UWA), and Functional Medicine Health Coaching.
Then while researching alternative modalities to assist with some health concerns with my own children, I discovered nutritional kinesiology, and I soon realised that it really works! In my therapy sessions, I apply a blend of Energy Healing, NLP, TimeLine Therapy, Hypnosis as well as Mesmerism and Fascination. The latter two can be considered to be aspects of “old school” hypnosis. These are arts and skills that can be said to have been forgotten in modern times and not commonly practised.
